Mrs. San Patricio Helps out Hannah's Hope

This year, Hannah's Hope added a gala event to our golf tournament weekend. Mrs. San Patricio, Kelly Dawson, agreed to help us out during the live auction.

It was such a treat to have Mrs. Dawson help display our auction items. We appreciated your participation in this event.

Mark Scott, More Than Just a City Councilman

You never know what a person's "hidden talent" might be until you ask! Mark Scott is an excellent auctioneer! He entertained the crowd with his humor while encouraging everyone to bid more.

Thanks Mark, for the great evening!

Multi-Talented Teachers

The Renee Anderson Band performed at our gala. You may recognize some of the band members . . . yes, that's two of our teachers, Renee Guzman and Robin Blue.

We are very fortunate to have musically gifted teachers working with our children. Individuals with autism seem to be naturally drawn to music. It has been a great asset for these teachers!

WOW! The students were suprised with a very special treat today! KJM Commercial donated Buc Days Rodeo tickets to all of our families AND Build-A-Bear Workshop gave a bear to each student!

Our kiddos loved their bears and the parents were thrilled to be able to take their children to see the rodeo. Thank you to all of those who made this possible--we are grateful for your generosity.

Hannah's Hope hosted an Open House on Thursday, April 19th. This was our way to say "thank you" to the community that has supported us.

Everyone seemed to have a good time touring the facilities, especially the newly remodeled upstairs classroom. Brian Carson provided a wonderful array of culinary treats and wine was donated by Les and Tracey Cassidy.

We look forward to next year's Open House . . . hope you will join us!

Ms. Tammy, our physical therapist, not only works with children in regards to their gross motor skills, but also, each child's individual self-help needs. This is important to establish independence as much as possible. All of our teachers take advantage of every opportunity to encourage self help throughout the day.

Tammy and Michele brave the cold weather in support of autism.
Despite the cold and windy weather, alot of people supporting autism turned out for Corpus Christi's First Autism Walk hosted by Coastal Bend Autism Advocacy.

Supporters included parents, teachers, members of the community and even State Representative, Juan Garcia. What a great way to kick off Autism Awareness Month!
