HH Summer Program goes to Horse Therapy

Walking dogs and riding horses

Horse Therapy is more than just riding a horse. First, the kids get to spend some time with a smaller animal, such as a dog. They can pet it, brush it and take it on a walk. THEN, we move up to a larger animal, the horse. Again, the kids have time to pet it, brush it, and eventually, sit on it and take a ride!

Texas State Aquarium

The HH Summer Program students took a field trip to the Texas State Aquarium today. The kids got to see lots of sea creatures, but the favorite activity was getting to play in the water while exploring shells, crabs and even sting rays!
